3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • No advance or prepayments are allowed.

  • Final payment is collected by authorized personnel upon delivery.

  • Never place customers in compromising, unsafe, or uncomfortable situations.

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and trust in every transaction.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes.

  • Ensure product descriptions, prices, and delivery estimates are accurate and transparent.

  • Act professionally and respectfully at all times.

Any vendor who fails to meet this standard may be subject to account review, suspension, or removal from the platform.

5. Purchases and Transactions

a. Order Placement

Orders are subject to availability and vendor confirmation. MCASH reserves the right to cancel or reject orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Violation of policies

  • Suspicion of fraud

b. Platform Protections

  • Customers are protected from misrepresentation and delivery failures.

  • Vendors are protected from fraudulent claims.

  • MCASH facilitates dispute resolution where needed.

6. Content and Listings

All content submitted by vendors (product titles, descriptions, images) must be truthful, clear, and lawful. Prohibited content includes:

  • Misleading or false claims

  • Counterfeit or restricted goods

  • Obscene, illegal, or harmful materials

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • COD is our primary payment method for customer protection.

9. Protection of All Parties

  • Pay only upon delivery

  • Prompt support for issues or disputes

b. Vendor Protections

c. MCASH Platform Protections

  • We investigate abuse or violations

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor acting in bad faith

10. Limitation of Liability

MCASH Trading Marketplace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Vendors are responsible for their fulfillment, and customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.
